I am a fortress
My walls impenetrable
I will not speak
I will not allow the silence to become my enemy
I will not give into the demons eating away at my sanity
I am a fortress made to withstand the test of time
I will not speak
I will embrace the silence
I will not allow the battle within to destroy the walls in which encase it.
I will not crumble or crack under the pressures within
I am a fortress....



Its not really a poem. I use this mantra for the bad nights when I need to push myself through the bad times.
